Send the checklist and company details
Company name, Companies House number, delivery address and the exact wording from the bank, free zone or counsel list. Orders placed on a UK working day are acknowledged the same day. You confirm you are authorised to order for the company.

We order the Companies House set
We order the company certificate (summary statement where eligible), certified Certificate of Incorporation and certified articles together. Standard CH dispatch aims for within about 10 working days per product (official fees £22 each on the standard route). Express company-certificate orders must reach Companies House before 11am for same working-day dispatch (official £65). If filings look overdue for the summary statement, we pause and warn you.

Collate, scan and tracked delivery
Documents arrive at our address. We scan, collate the pack and send by tracked UK post or courier to you or your lawyer — typically within 1–3 working days of the last item arriving. Apostille, embassy or translation — if required — is quoted before any legalisation work starts.
What the pack is for
Foreign banks, free zones and counsel rarely stop at a single “Certificate of Good Standing”. The usual list is standing plus proof of incorporation plus the constitutional document — in UK registrar language: a Companies House company certificate (summary statement where eligible), a certified Certificate of Incorporation, and a certified copy of the articles. The pack is that set on one invoice, ordered by a private agent, scanned and sent under tracked delivery.

Eligibility and fit warnings
- Filings must be current if you need the summary statement on the company certificate. Overdue accounts or confirmation statement usually block “good standing” wording even if incorporation and articles still certify fine.
- The company certificate still does not show shareholders or PSC. Ownership detail needs a different filing or extract — say so before checkout.
- Match the checklist. If the recipient only wants a COGS, do not buy the pack. If they want five named filings, the three-document pack is the base — we quote extras.
- We order to our address so we can retrieve, scan and forward the set. Ordering to the company’s registered office often means the envelope never reaches you.
What is included — and what is not
Included in the £249–£299 pack (CH buy-now):
- Companies House company certificate (Certificate of Good Standing route), with summary statement where eligible.
- Certified Certificate of Incorporation.
- Certified copy of the articles of association on the register.
- Official CH fees for those products (itemised above).
- Ordering, filings sense-check for the summary statement, scan, collation and tracked UK send-on.
Not included — quote only:
- FCDO paper apostille or e-Apostille (official fees paper £45 / e-Apostille £35 — confirm on GOV.UK; never use stale £30 figures).
- Embassy or consular legalisation.
- Sworn or certified translation.
- Same-day / next-day FCDO routes.
Standard versus express-assisted
On the standard route, Companies House aims to send within about 10 working days per product. Express applies most usefully to the company certificate: order before 11am for same working-day CH dispatch at the official £65 fee. Certified incorporation and articles can also be same-day at £65 each on GOV.UK, but an all-express three-document set pushes official fees to £195 — we do not bury that inside a £299 headline. The published express-assisted pack (£299) speeds the certificate and keeps incorporation and articles on standard £22 fees unless you ask us to quote full same-day on every item.
Why a pack instead of three separate orders
One authentication conversation, one tracked envelope, one person to email if a clerk rejects a page. Formation agents and foreign counsel pay for that bundling more than for the paper itself. If you only need standing, use the Certificate of Good Standing page. If you only need incorporation, use the Certificate of Incorporation product when that page is thickened — or order the certified copy from checkout today.

What is in the company documents pack?

How much does the pack cost, and what are the official Companies House fees?
UKCOGS pack pricing is £249–£299 ex VAT depending on standard versus express-assisted dispatch and handling. The typical buy-now pack is £279 ex VAT. Official Companies House fees (confirmed on GOV.UK the week of 16 September 2026): company certificate £22 standard / £65 express; Certificate of Incorporation £22 / £65 same day; certified copy of a document (articles) £22 / £65 same day. A standard three-document set therefore carries £66 in official CH fees, included in our pack price and shown separately.
Why is there a £249–£299 range instead of one fixed price?
£249 is the lean standard-dispatch pack. £279 is the typical pack most buyers take — standard CH products plus scan, collation and tracked send-on. £299 is the express-assisted pack: express company certificate (official £65) with standard certified incorporation and articles (official £22 each), so official CH fees total £109. Apostille, embassy and translation are never inside these figures — they stay quote-only.
How long does the pack take in working days?
On standard dispatch, Companies House aims to send each ordered product within about 10 working days. We order the set together, receive it at our address, scan and collate, then send by tracked UK post or courier — typically within 1–3 working days of the last item arriving. Express company-certificate dispatch needs the CH order before 11am for same working-day send. Overseas courier adds transit time after we despatch.
When should I buy the pack instead of a COGS alone?
Buy the pack when the bank, free zone or counsel checklist asks for standing plus formation proof plus constitutional documents — usually “certificate of good standing, certificate of incorporation and articles”. If they only want standing, order the COGS alone. Use the free “Which document?” tool if the wording is ambiguous.
What if accounts or the confirmation statement are overdue?
Overdue filings can block the summary statement on the company certificate. You may still receive a certificate of fact plus the certified incorporation and articles, but a bank that asked for “good standing” may reject the pack. Check the live Companies House record before you pay. We can pause and warn rather than ship a set that will bounce.
Does the pack include shareholders, PSC or share capital?
No. The company certificate still cannot show shareholders, Persons with Significant Control or statement of capital (options closed in 2016). Articles may describe share classes in the constitution, but that is not a live PSC or shareholder register extract. If the recipient wants ownership detail, say so before checkout so we can quote the correct certified filing.
Can the pack be apostilled?
Yes in principle — many destinations want the CH originals legalised — but apostille, e-Apostille, embassy legalisation and translation remain quote-only with UKCOGS. Official FCDO fees to cite (confirm on GOV.UK): paper £45 plus courier/postage; e-Apostille £35. Never rely on stale £30 figures. We confirm whether we can fulfil legalisation before taking that money.
