We apply for the official product(s) and receive them at our address. Standard CH dispatch aims for within about 10 working days (official £22 on the usual certificate and certified-copy routes). Express company certificates and same-day certified products follow Companies House before-11am rules (official £65). If a summary statement looks likely to fail, we warn you.

Scan and tracked delivery
We scan on arrival and send by tracked UK post or courier — typically within 1–3 working days of receipt (packs wait for the last item). Apostille, embassy or translation stays quote-only and is confirmed before any legalisation work starts.

Fit warnings before you pay
- Order the document the checklist names — not the one with the nicest marketing title. Wrong product wastes working days and fees.
- Free public downloads ≠ certified copies. Use GOV.UK Find and update when a free filing image is enough. Pay us only for certified CH products or company certificates you actually need.
- Standing needs current filings for the summary statement. Overdue accounts or confirmation statement often block “good standing” wording.
- No shareholders or PSC on the company certificate since 2016. Say so early if ownership detail is on the list.
- We do not give legal, visa, immigration or bank-account-opening advice. Confirm the written list with the recipient.

Filings check
Catalogue price £15 ex VAT on the order form. Useful when you suspect overdue accounts or confirmation statement before paying for a COGS summary statement. It is a look-up and warning, not an audit and not a guarantee Companies House will issue the summary.

Which Companies House document should I order?
Match the recipient’s written list. “Certificate of good standing” or “company status” usually means the company certificate with summary statement where eligible. “Certificate of incorporation” means formation proof. “Articles” means a certified copy of the articles on the register. If the list wants all three, use the company documents pack. The free “Which document?” tool can help you map the wording — it is not legal advice.

What are the official Companies House fees?

How long do orders take in working days?
On standard dispatch, Companies House aims to send within about 10 working days. After we receive the paper we scan and send by tracked UK post or courier — typically within 1–3 working days. Express or same-day CH products follow the registrar’s before-11am rules. Packs wait for the last item in the set. Overseas courier adds transit time after we despatch.
Is a free Companies House download enough?
Often for your own records, yes. Filing-history images on Find and update are frequently free. Banks, foreign registries and FCDO apostille routes usually want a certified Companies House product, not a printout of the free PDF. We sell certified routes and company certificates — we do not rebadge free downloads.
Does any of these documents show shareholders or PSC?
The company certificate (COGS route) cannot include shareholders, Persons with Significant Control or statement of capital — those options closed in 2016. Articles may describe share classes in the constitution, but that is not a live ownership register. Tell us if the checklist asks for PSC or shareholders so we can quote the right filing extract.
What if accounts or the confirmation statement are overdue?
Overdue filings can block the summary statement on a Certificate of Good Standing route. Incorporation and articles may still certify. Check the live register before you pay for standing. A £15 filings check is on the order form if you want us to look first.
Can these documents be apostilled?
Often yes when the destination requires legalisation, but apostille, e-Apostille, embassy legalisation, translations and same-day FCDO routes remain quote-only. Official FCDO fees to cite (confirm on GOV.UK): paper £45 plus courier or postage; e-Apostille £35. Never use stale £30 figures. We confirm fulfilment before taking legalisation money.
