About UKCOGS

UKCOGS is a private document agent that obtains official Companies House certificates — including the company certificate people search for as a Certificate of Good Standing — plus certified copies and company document packs for UK companies, foreign counsel and accountants. We order from Companies House; we do not issue certificates ourselves. Apostille and embassy legalisation can be quoted later and remain quote-only until we can fulfil them. We are not Companies House, the FCDO, GOV.UK or any other government service.

Who operates the site

UKCOGS is a trading name of PASECOM GROUP LTD (also written Pasecom Group Ltd), company number 17139327. Registered office: 82a James Carter Road, Mildenhall, IP28 7DE. ICO registration ZC117546. Contact: pete@pasecom.co.uk.

That Mildenhall address is the company’s registered office. Fulfilment is remote: we order Companies House documents to a working address we control, scan them and send them on by tracked post or courier. We do not claim a public shopfront or walk-in counter.

What we sell today

Buy-now covers Companies House products from the published catalogue: Certificate of Good Standing (standard £79 / express £129 ex VAT), certified Certificate of Incorporation (£49), certified articles (£49), the company documents pack (£249–£299), and a filings check (£15). Official Companies House fees are included in those prices and shown separately on the service pages — typically £22 standard / £65 express or same-day on the live GOV.UK fees list.

Apostille, e-Apostille, embassy legalisation, translations and same-day FCDO routes are quote-only. Official FCDO fees to cite (confirm on GOV.UK): paper £45 and e-Apostille £35. We do not take apostille money until fulfilment is confirmed, and we do not claim FCDO-listed or partner status.

How we work

You send the company name, number and delivery details through the order form. We apply to Companies House, receive the paper, scan it and forward it under tracked delivery. Standard Companies House dispatch aims for within about 10 working days; express options follow the registrar’s before-11am rules where offered. After we receive a document we typically send on within 1–3 working days.

We are not a solicitor, notary, immigration adviser or bank. We do not give legal, visa, immigration or bank-account-opening advice. Confirm document lists and freshness rules with the receiving organisation.
